Today, it’s become a mainstay for data teams prioritizing speed and scale, particularly in marketing and SaaS companies, though the rising cost is causing some to re-evaluate if the convenience truly outweighs the cost. It's merger with dbt means the 'modern' data stack might soon become legacy itself.
